My Family cannot view recorded clips from HUB with flashdrive

Im using devices: Arlo smartHub VMB4540r3 and 4x arlo essential spotlight cameras
As a primary user I can find recorded clips within my app on my phone in the Library but secondary user are cannot view the clips. The secondary user receives only information how to subscribe when clicking on icon library. the secondary user have all access to all cameras and given admin access. what can the issue be or is it a limitation in the system for the secondary user to not be able to stream recorded clips from the hub using a flashdrive usb?

Yes. Direct access to local storage is only available from the primary account.
