Contact arlo customer support, use the mobile app to see your support entitlements. Settings/support/your camera.

When you say it isn't working, what are you experiencing?

 

I've checked the account you have associated with the email address you use here on the community, and it shows you have an active subscription plan. Are you able to provide more details about what is happening?
