My Arlo Essentials Camera not syncing to phone (samsung).

One of my Arlo cameras just wont sync. You hear the chime and it just keeps ticking over and over. Eventually the orange light keeps going on and off. I cannot update software. Sometimes it finds the camera but then has error and will not update software. I have done everything. Reinstalled App etc. All other 3 cameras work. It is also full charged.
Tried everything. Just want to know if Camera is now dusted. I have wifi connected etc as all 3 other cameras sync up immediatly and are working. Cameras are just over 12 months old. Just moved address and now one camera not working

It does seem to imply a hardware issue since you mention "ticking". Some locations (Europe, for instance) apparently have 2 year warranties so you might want to check yours, depending on where you are (US has 1 year).
Have you reset the camera?
