I purchased the doorbell a few months ago and added a new mode for it for 24 hour monitoring.  Changing modes between all worked great for a few months. As of the last few weeks, when I activate doorbell only, a second camera is also active. I removed and added back the mode ensuring it was just the doorbell even though it worked fine for a while. Still getting that 2nd camera!

How is this possible?

  1. Do you see "Library" at the bottom of your app screen?  Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?  I am guessing "Library", since you apparently are using a custom mode.  But it's good to be sure.
  2. Are both the doorbell and the second camera connected to the same base station?  Or are they on different base stations?  Or perhaps one or both are connected to your home wifi?
