Hello,

Cannot get camera to reset.

Charge Battery still does not work.

I do not have a phone for tech support? Come someone share please?

Do you have a subscription?  If you do (and if the camera is still in your account), you can go into the support center of the app, and select the camera.  Scroll down and you'll find an option for phone support in there.

 

If the camera isn't in the account, you can reach out to the mods ( @JamesC , @ShayneS . @BrookeN ) and they can create a case on your behalf.
