I rung my ISP tp_link and they stepped me through a process to add my 2 camera's.
This then required the camera's MAC address.
The number on the camera's are serial numbers (13 digit not 12 as in a MAC address)
How can I get these arlo MAC numbers.

Unfortunately the only way to see the mac address is to connect the cameras to the network.

TP-Link is a manufacturer, not an ISP (internet service provider). Are you actually contacting your router's tech support?
Generally there is a way to turn off any access controls in your router temporarily. Then do the install, and find the mac address. After that you can set up the access controls you need.
