I got 4x Arlo Essential VMC2030.

my app says that all 4 cameras seems to be offline.

i checked this:

- Cameras is Charged, i know, cause it has been charged all night.

- Wifi is working

- They are close to wifi router

- App is updated

- Reconnect to other wifi.  (all steps went through, but then it is searching for devices nearby. and even with 5 cm between mobile device and camera. it cannot find anything.

i dont have a SmartHub or ArloBasestation.

it is just connected directly to the wifi router.

i did not try and remove the device and add again. cause they are connected to our Alarm system. so i would need to contact them about it.

Given the troubleshooting steps you've already listed, I encourage you to reach out to support in your region to further investigate the issue.

 

You can contact Arlo support using the Arlo mobile app under settings > support.

I managed to connect 3 out of 4 cams. That last one will be changed by our security system. 

BUT. Now i just lost connection again. What the f**k.

My cams is 2-3 years old. And it just now i experience so much trouble. 
They are connected to same network. Nothing is changed……. Why they suddenly act so weird?
