This is more than frustrating.  Getting money deducted but can’t maneuver thru their stupid system and no number to be found for contact.  Does anyone have a contact number??? Some times the issue needs a human!!

Same I couldn’t connect the Arlo doorbell after changing the Wi-Fi network., also I spent 3 hrs with customer care online explaining the same from FAQ I did follow nothing had worked. Finally gave up now here anyone could help me out to connect without any error. Getting stress on this try to connect nearly 20th day. No help no connect 

Note: End of online chat the customer support simply said you are not under warranty so we can’t keep you online which is not going to solve so i disconnect the chat you can contact the customer service with new/alternate user ID. Wow wat a ?????

How to connect the Arlo doorbell after change the new network and they can’t change the internet frequency from 2.4/5 ghz combined can’t able to disable 5ghz. Also I tried Wi-Fi extensions with 2.5ghz still didn’t work

FWIW, the simplest approach is to set up your new network to use the same network name and password as the old one. If the doorbell is still in your account, you could try that.

 

If not, first make sure the phone does not have a VPN connected.  Also, make sure the new network allows WPA2 (AES) security.  You might need to reset the doorbell (using the reset button).

If your new router has an iOT network (or a guest network that allows you to only use 2.4 ghz), then you could also try connecting to that.  But first make sure the guest network does not isolate clients, as the phone does need to reach the doorbell over wifi.

This company has deals with a company called iopex in India.

Neither the PPL serving customers get their dues. 

Hence iopex is worst in india

Dealing with such a third class company arlo is too in usa.

For a service which is free online they are making millions of dollars and doing customer service business. Not product.
