Inconsistent camera recordings, offline, etc.

Since switching to the new app, the cameras are basically worthless. I have 4 cameras and 2 lights. Doesn't record half the time, goes offline when need to see who is in the yard, they are no longer a security device. Can see someone in my yard but cameras don't record it, very upsetting, they cost a lot of money for nothing, totally worthless now.

Agreed. This new app is unbelievably difficult to use. The previous application was easy and allowed me to control the five cameras (Arlo Pro's) without issue. Everything worked flawlessly. Receiving alerts when appropriate. Immediately after the migration to this new app, the siren (on the base station) no longer sounds when it should be. Now, as of yesterday, all of my cameras are being reported offline for no apparent reason. Absolutely NOTHING has changed in my environment, and yet the system is currently worthless. Though I know it's nothing on my end, I've power-cycled the base station twice to no avail, I've force stopped the new app, cleared the cache, logged back in, and all cameras are still offline.
