I cannot find a phone number for this company at all I'm about to throw the camera in the trash and go get another one we can actually talk to somebody and don't have to pay a subscription

Do you have a subscription? Why is it that you need to change the card if not? Have you canceled the card with the card supplier?

 

You can use Settings, Support in the app to get a phone number.
