I get "unexpected error" after live streaming for 20 minutes. How can this be resolved?

Hi all,

 

I have several Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras around my office.

 

I am trying to setup a LIVE view (from browser) on a separate monitor, so that I can see in real-time what happens in the other room.

 

However, after about 20-30 minutes the camera always shuts down and leave me with "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again."...

Questions: What am I doing wrong? Are we not supposed to be able to live stream with the Arlo cameras?

The software is designed to time out the livestream after about 30 minutes.  Though I don't think it is supposed to present the "unexpected error" message.  I'm tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) so they can follow up on that bit.
