isn't this the most useless support environment anyone has ever seen and they take our money monthly and have no customer service number int he USA even if it is a hop from here to wherever.

Arlo provides phone contact details if you have the mobile app installed. Go to settings/support/your camera.

 

Arlo requires a paid subscription to access support if the camera is out of warranty.

 

You can ask the community for help if your desperate.
