I cannot reconnect my Arlo essential cameras they worked for awhile

Look closely at the rubber seal around the charging port.  You likely will see a VMCxxxx label embossed there.  Turning the camera back and forth can help you see the reflection of that text (it is shinier than the rest of the seal).

 

Are the cameras showing as "offline" in the app?  Or are they no longer installed?
