I recently got a new internet provider and upon setting up my camera again, I cannot connect the camera to my phone (samsung galaxy s24).
I was able to use my husband's phone (iphone 13 pro max) to reconnect the camera to the internet, but upon trying to send myself an invite for a friend from his account, it will not show the camera on my app after going through the prompts.
I have even went as far to send an invite to an alternate email address, created a new arlo account with the alt email address, and still it will not show me the camera on my account. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app twice.
Each time I use my phone with my arlo account to connect the camera, it says looking for camera and times out after 10+ minutes. It's extremely frustrating due to my email originally being the main account holder, as the service plan is set up through there. What can be done? I cannot find a number to call and messaging is not my first choice but I am desperate at this point.

Here are some clues to what is wrong.
Arlo has forced new users to use a different user interface that is not compatible with the old interface. Hence the main account needs to have the same look as the shared account holders or sharing will not work.
The shared account needs to accept the sharing invite via the email hyperlink that opens in a web browser to login to accept the invite. Do this on a windows pc not a mobile device.
Shared accounts should not import cameras or purchase subscription plans unless they have their own cameras.
The main account needs to have local access to the site router either via an Ethernet cable or via the local wifi router. You can’t add cameras if you’re mobile is using cellular data, needs to be switched to wifi.

Is the camera in his account?
Do you see "Library" in your app menu? Or do you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard"?
What does he see in his account?
One option is for you to just use his credentials on your phone. Arlo used to only allow one login at a time, but they changed that some months ago.
