I have five Arlo cameras that I use with Geofencing.  They all are active at night and when I leave home with my device.  I have added a mode for one camera in the front yard to be on 24/7 that is on a schedule mode.  Yesterday I added another camera in my front yard that also captures part of the street.  I would like this camera to be on the same mode as my front yard camera but I don't want to receive push notifications from this camera since it picks up the street activity, but I do from the other.  I have tried to add this device to the front yard mode, but there is no way I can find to silence push notifications for it only.  I have also tried adding another mode and have it on the same schedule as the front yard, but I won't let me add two modes to the same time frame.  Anyone know how I can accomplish this?

When you add a rule for this camera, you choose whether you want notifications for that camera or not.

So this shouldn't be difficult - can you give some more details on where you are getting stuck?

I want two cameras, Front Yard and Road, on the same custom mode.  I want Front Yard to send me push notifications but I do not want push notifications from Road.  When I go to edit the custom mode named Front Yard, then to rules, then add device, I choose Road camera, then record video, then record until activity stops, and it never gives me an option on whether I want push notifications for this camera, it goes back from that point to edit rule where it shows push notification at the bottom, which is for both cameras.

I thought maybe I could create two modes one for Road camera and  one for Front Yard camera running simultaneously on Schedule but I can't add both to the schedule to run at the same time frame.

Are you using a base station?  Or are your cameras directly connected to your home wifi???

StephenB they are connected to a base station.

It sounds like you are trying to add the Road camera to the rule for the Front Yard Camera.  Then both cameras would record when the Front Yard Camera detects motion, and there would be only one notification.

What you actually need to do is add a new rule for the Road Camera to the mode you are editing.

I have tried adding the road camera to the front yard mode, then it would have two cameras operating under that mode, the front yard camera and the road camera.  Each still operating independently if motion is detected in that cameras area, recording video and sending me a notification.  When I added the road camera to that mode, it did not give me the option of whether I want to receive push notifications on that camera only.  If you go back to try and edit the rule for that camera, it will not ask you about push notifications.  I have deleted the mode and retried this, once you add the first device to the mode and decide if you want push notifications, it will automatically be the same for the other camera you add.  I am not finding any way I can accomplish this.  I want the road camera to detect motion, record it, but I don’t want the notification sound every time.  I want it to be on 24/7, same as the front yard camera without notification sounds.  We have had package thefts in our neighborhood and I would like to be able to go back and review video if needed, I just don’t want to be alerted by sound of each and every vehicle that may pass by on the end of my street.  Make more sense?

I am on the new "Feed" interface, which has no custom modes.  It certainly does let me enable/disable notifications on each camera rule in the mode.

It's been a while since I migrated from "Library", but "Library" also let me set notifications for some rules but not other rules in the mode.  Can you double-checked the "Armed" mode, and see if that has different notification settings for each rule?

Maybe also post a couple of screenshots, that might help sort this out.

I did go into the Armed mode and disabled push notifications for the Road camera there.  I never would have thought to do it from that mode to have the same effect in the custom mode.  I think you may have solved the issue Stephen B!  I have everything active now we shall see shortly!  Thank you!
