Help me about this camera

I just got my package of 3 Brand new Arlo essential cameras and i had then charged up fully and had so much trouble connecting them i firt contacted my bell to change the frequency to 2.4 GHz and that didn't work, Then they told me i had to change the wifi channel? i called my bell they said they dint know what that is and then i call arlo they tried to help me but no luck now i don't know if i should get a refund or just try again to connect them, if anyone know the problem please help me

At what point during the onboarding process are you experiencing an issue? Are you seeing any error messages?
