Help installing essential cameras

I CAN NOT  get.my cameras to connect with my phone..I have done EVERYTHING it tells me to do...still nothing. Can anyone help?

We don't know what "everything" means. To be able to help we need all details. WHat have you tried? What do you see? Any error messages? Are you connecting to the 2.4GHz band on your router?Is the router set to use WPA2-AES encryption for your WiFi? Have you tried resetting the cameras after fully charging them?

Tried 5 times iv got 2 spotlight cameras can’t get them to find my phone wifi 

im using mine inside for now is that ok ? 

iv got a subscription

Have you tried onboarding them with a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com)?

Are these the first cameras you are onboarding to your home wifi?
