Having trouble adding Vmb4000 hub to iPhone 11 Pro max app

I can't seem to sync this Vmb4000 hub with the arlo app on my phone. I have tried every way I know. Hub is connected to the router but cannot find the hub from the app. I bought the hub so I could add these cameras and be able to save footage to the USB in the back of it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks community

Try doing this from a PC (browse to my.arlo.com and log in there).
