     MY SIGHT IS NOT THAT GOOD SO I, PREFER TO TYPE IN UPPER CASE TO MAKE SURE I'M SPELLING CORRECTLY... I'M NOT YELLING AT YOU 💜

     I'M HERE ABOUT NIGHT VISION, MINE SEEMED TO HAVE STOPPED FUNCTIONING. DO ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE?

HAVE YOU CHECKED ANY SETTINGS?  FOR INSTANCE, MAKING SURE LOW-LIGHT COLOR IS TURNED OFF?

 

MAYBE PUT A CAMERA IN A CLOSET OR OTHER DARK SPACE TO MAKE IT EASIER TO TEST.

     I, PURCHASE THE SET OF 3 CAMERAS ABOUT 2 YRS AGO AND THEY HAVE BEEN PERFORMING EXCELLENT UNTIL ONE OF THEM LOST IT'S NIGHT VISION CAPABILITIES. RESET, 

RESTART AND TECH SUPPORT GOT INVOLVED YESTERDAY 

20TH DEC.. CASE IS STILL OPEN.

I DO SUGGEST MOVING IT INTO A DARK PLACE TO MAKE IT EASIER TO TROUBLESHOOT.

 

IT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE IT'S A SETTINGS ISSUE, SINCE THE RESET WOULD HAVE CLEARED THAT. 

 

IF THEY DIDN'T ASK YOU TO HOLD DOWN THE SYNC BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CAMERA TO DO THE RESET, THEN I SUGGEST DOING ANOTHER RESET.  REMOVE THE CAMERA FROM THE ACCOUNT FIRST, THEN HOLD DOWN THE SYNC BUTTON UNTIL THE LED FLASHES AMBER (ABOUT 15 SECONDS).  THEN ADD THE CAMERA BACK TO THE ACCOUNT.

 

UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A SENSOR ON THE CAMERA HAS FAILED.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR INPUT I, REALLY APPRECIATE IT.   I'M GOING TO TRY YOUR SUGGESTION WITH A DARK AREA OR THAT THE SENSOR COULD HAVE WENT BAD.   THANKS AGAIN STEPHENB.
