I have been trying to grant my wife access to our cameras with full rights but every time she receives my invite and tries to login it keeps prompting her that the invite timed out. I tried it on many occasions and no matter when she tries to accept the invite it continues to prompts that it timed out, even seconds after she received the email invite. What is the issue and how can I correct this problem?!!!

Thanks, my wife was able to access the cameras by accepting the invite using our PC instead of the app. Thanks for helping!

Is it the login that is timing out? Or the invite?
Generally this works better if you click on the "create account" button on a PC. That should open a browser window to my.arlo.com, where you can either create an account or log into your existing account.
If you are just logging in, then the two-factor authentication does apply - either requiring authentication on the phone, or via email (if you choose "try another authentication method" after you enter the username/password).

My wife is also having problems with getting the timeout on her ipad when I send her the invitation. She get a "blocked" response when she tries it on her Android phone. She does not have a PC.

Use a mobile browser set to use the desktop version of the site as a workaround.

Do you? If so, you can do this for her - just make sure you log into my.arlo.com with her credentials.

Is she using email verification?
