Getting notifications that I’ve unchecked

I’ve unchecked some of the smart notifications in settings on one of my cameras, but continue to receive notifications for the unchecked ones.

Are you using email notification or web push?

 

The smart notifications only work with web push.

Using the Arlo app on my iphone to do everything and receive notifications.  From reading other posts, it seems there have been lots of issues with this, and not much corrective action from Arlo.

Is the camera connected directly to your home network or to a base station/SmartHub.

 

Consider rebooting the camera and or base station/SmartHub and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.
