I just purchased from Amazon, 4 cameras and set them up. 3 out of the 4 of them I was able to sign up for the free 3 month trial but one of them did not give me the option. I have tried to figure out how to go back in and sign up for it on that camera, but I have had no luck. When I go to settings - subscription only the 3 cameras are listed and I am unable to find, locate or add the other camera for the free trial. However, all 4 cameras are activated and I am able to see them all live but only the 3 with the free trial, can I go in and see their history. Please give me some other ideas to trouble shoot and get the 4th camera on the free trial.

Arlo Secure trials are added automatically upon syncing the camera. There is no code or special step for activation. Try removing and re-onboarding the camera and test to see if the trial is applied. If you're still experiencing an issue, please let me know and we can escalate further.
