Just purchased the secure plus plan yesterday and my feed has been unavailable for the past 2 days, with it saying there are no events for this day despite my camera sending notifications of motion.

Don’t know anything about a filter set within feed but I have already cancelled the subscription (hope for a refund) and will try to purchase subscription some other time
