I have 4 camera's and the Essential spot light does not save videos?? see attached pic below .. the record link is available but washed out. Thanks for you help - Lee Freeman

Do you have a subscription for the camera?
If not, is the camera connected to a base station?
You need a subscription for cloud storage.

I have four Arlo cameras and only one does not record. I don't have a subscription nor a base station. I thought Arlo provided free recording for up to 30 day in the cloud. Help!!

Absolutely not. That requires a subscription (cost for unlimited cameras in the US is $9.99 per month). You do get a free trial subscription for 3 months when purchasing, but after that you need to get a paid subscription.

Because the older cameras were sold with free 7 days of cloud storage.
Arlo stopped offering that for new models back in 2018 (starting with the Ultra). But they continue to provide it for the old models.
