Terrible customer service. I received an email that they are going to close my case, again, if I don’t respond within 4 days. I have tried to respond several times  but they are off line. 
Can I trade my 5 cameras for 1 Next camera. At this point in time, this is a fair trade. OK I will pay an additional $200 to Nest for the trade.
