Could you provide more details about what you are experiencing? At what point during onboarding are you having an issue? Are you seeing any error messages?

No no errors showing. I hear the chime then it won’t recognise or connect to my I phone. It’s becoming very frustrating. All I want is for cameras to work it’s becoming very frustraing I don’t want to return the cameras. They were sold to me believing the sellers pitch that they were the best cameras on the market. I’ve already returned one set of cameras because one wouldn’t connect and the other did. So pls help me get them to work please
