I'm unable to see the live feed of the camera. I tried everything like restarting the camera, unregistering and re-registering the camera, but nothing seems to fix the problem.

I don't have a base station. It says "connecting", and nothing happens. I tried both on iOS app, and laptop; but the problem is evident on both the devices.

Do you have a screenshot or screen cap/video you can provide of the error message or the screen when it fails?

 

Are you on iOS 15.4?
