Essential cameras will not record my neighbors harassing me

I am having issues with my cameras they will not detect movement they will not record my neighbors has been harassing me and when they come in and out they put blue lights on my cameras and now they won’t do anything and they have a wild noise coming through there I’ve contacted several people and no one seems to be able to help

If you think the neighbors are jamming the wifi signal, then you should contact your local police - as this is illegal.  As is harassment of course.

If you have a subscription for these cameras, then I suggest contacting support using the support options in the app.  Don't google support, as that will lead you to a scam support site.

Do you have an active subscription for the cameras? Arlo Essential series cameras require a subscription to record and save activity in the library.
