This camera has been outside no problem the last 2 years. It have an ! On it saying the camera was too cold and will turn back on when it gets warmer.... the lowest it got was 50 and it's currently 72 here.  I plugged it in to charge and nothing happened.  Any thoughts on what to do?

Within the app you can contact support. Please reach out to them and see if there is anything they can do for the Essential.
