I am trying to connect the Arlo Essential Spotlight to Starlink. I have a dual band. I’ve split them to hopefully just connect to the 2.4Ghz. I can see the camera as a device on the network in the Starlink app but the Arlo app will not detect the device. Any ideas?

Make sure the phone is connected to the same wifi network as the camera. Also, if you use a VPN on the phone, make sure it is turned off.
