Essential camera not recognized

I have a 3 pack of Essential cameras - used them for 3 months - took them down to charge them and only 2 are recognized- deleted all and restarted - no luck with third camera - any suggestions?

Sounds like the camera battery has died. The batteries are not replaceable unfortunately. Take back to the store if within store return policy else contact arlo customer support for a RMA.
