I HAVE 2 CAMERAS. MY 2ND GEN WORKS PROPERLY.

 

MY 1ST GEN WILL CONNECT AND ONLY WORK WHEN I GO LIVE. IT DOES NOT SAVE RECORDINGS. 

 

WHAT WOULD BE THE CAUSE OF THIS?

One possibility is that the 1st Gen camera is no longer in a subscription plan.

 

Another is that the 1st gen camera is not armed in the mode(s) you are using.
