Essential Vmc2030 videos cannot be uploaded to the cloud (7 day) without subscription

Have i wasted money buying this camera as after the free trial the videos cannot be uploaded to the cloud (7 day) or am i missing something to set it up.

Your camera needs a paid subscription for cloud storage.  The free 7-day storage was only offered for the old cameras.
