Essential Spotlight camera

Couple questions. 

1. Can two people use the same cameras on two phones?  Can we both have the same camera on our phones independently?

2. We have to have really good internet for my job,  I'm not a tech geek - but can the 5ghz work? I tried to find the 2.5ghz or whatever it said but i could not see it and I'm not risking screwing up the internet for a security camera.

1) Yes but the primary user (the one who set it up) needs to use Settings, Grant Access to the other's email address to make this work well.

2) You need to use the 2.4GHz band. This is due to the need for the strongest signal for most circumstances - 5GHz is more easily blocked by walls, etc.
