I've had seven Essintial cameras since early June, or about 2 months. Last week, while I was out of town, I noticed that one of them had gone offline. I suspected a dead battery.
I got home late last night and brought the camera in this morning to charge. It will not charge using three different cables. I also verified the cables and charge port by charging two other cameras that were getting low.
This camera shows no signs of attempting to charge, ie...the blue lights do not flash. After 3 hours, the camera still will not power on. Unplugging the camera and pressing/holding the button has zero affect.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I've read all the nightmare stories about Arlo tech support and warranty service.

Have you tried holding the button with the camera plugged in? You'll need to hold it until you see an amber LED, which can take 15 seconds or so.
If that fails, then you'll either need to try and exchange the camera with the seller, or contact Arlo support.
