Essential Spotlight Camera Will Not Turn Back On VMC2030

Hi Everyone,

 

I have the Essential Spotlight Camera and it has worked for about 9 months, but will now not charge or power back on. I am trying to contact Arlo about the warranty, but Chat doesn't get me in touch with anyone. No way to email or call. I called the number on the order and it said the Arlo website only allows returns for 30 days. But of course they say they have "1 year limited warranty." So I am just trying to see how I can go about that? I have tried charging the camera with multiple different chargers and cables, including the one it came with to no avail. Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?

Use Settings, Support (Center) to select your camera model. Scroll down to the Contact section to get the phone number. You have to have a subscription to get the number.

 

You can try this procedure to see if it helps although it's for a different model camera:
