Essential Spotlight Camera VMC2030-100NAS Camera sync light will not flash

While attempting to set up the VMC2030-100NAS the first time the sync light will not flash. The cameras battery is fully charged and i'm connected to a 2.4 GHz network. I've tried to reset the camera to factory settings by holding the sync button for 30 seconds and nothing happens.

Fastest solution would be to swap at the store.
