I just purchased this product, I would like to know if all cameras needs to be charged one by one And how do I know when they are charged. 
Can you please help and if there is a phone number for support, can you please provide me with their phone number?

If you have a subscription (paid or trial) you will see a phone option in the support area of the app.

Have you onboarded the cameras yet?  Or are you talking about the initial charge?

 

The cameras should show a solid blue LED when they are fully charged (and plugged into the charger).

I fully charged all 4 cameras. But they are not showing on list of devices under arlo appl. Is always asking for firmware updating. On this last process. 
I connected each of them to wifi

i renamed each of them

i do not know what else to do.

 

I will appreciated if you call me and help
