Device not online

Anyone had any issues with the device saying offline? Won’t reset either.
I’ve reinstalled and re-connected the camera too and still the same issue.

There are a variety of conditions that can result in a camera offline error. These are some of the possibilities:

• Depleted battery – Attach a charger
• Poor signal strength – Bring the camera close to the Base Station/SmartHub router and test
• Base Station or SmartHub is not receiving power or an internet connection – Check LED behavior to confirm connectivity: https://kb.arlo.com/000039100/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-mean
• Arlo mobile app or web client issue – Log out of your Arlo account and log back in
