My system has been disconnected for several months due to a car driving through my home. I removed devices. I have tried several times to add my devices back and none can be found. There is no chime after the qr code either. I have gone through the troubleshooting several times. Do I have to get another subscription just to see if my base station was damaged by the accident? I do have 3 green lights on my base station

3 green LEDs means the system is set up and should be working. I would remove all devices in Settings, My Devices as well as to hold the base reset button for >10 seconds until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot to green power and Internet LEDs (the Camera LED may be off or amber) and start fresh.

Hope you got that car's license plate...

@squinter96 :  Are you using the same Arlo account for the base+cameras that you were using before?

Yes. Using the same base station and 3 cameras. Only change is I switched internet from Xfinity to ATT fiber

I will try to reset again. Maybe I didn’t hold in the reset button long enough. Guess I shouldn’t have removed all devices to start over, instead just charge the cameras. It was my neighbor. She is diabetic and passed out at the wheel on a HILL! I was home in quarantine and getting up to take a nap saved my life. My fireplace stopped the car from going all the way through.
