I believe my x wife has deleted videos from my arlo. I don't ever delete them, is there any way to tell if there are videos deleted or is there any way I can back up my videos to my cloud account, I have 3 terabyte of cloud storage.

There's no way to tell who deleted any videos or when. As for cloud storage, you would have to manually download and store them yourself.
