Deleted arlo essential cant reconnect

Hi guys, tonight I accidently deleted one of my arlo essential cameras. I now can't reconnect it. I've held the sync button briefly - it flashes blue but then doesn't connect to my phone as it has done previously. The arlo app is only used on my phone. Any suggestions with how to get it to reconnect? Driving me a bit crazy
