Crackling noise on live after installing solar

Hey guys,

just purchased my first Arlo Camera after upgrading from my AliExpress cameras…

Just the essential wire free and essential solar,

Everything was working great until I added in the solar panel to my camera. Now I hear a lot of crackling and hissing when watching live. Looking back at a feed or manually recorded video there aren’t any issues. When I unplug the solar the issue goes away,

I have restarted the unit and done everything troubleshooting I could think off. All up to date with firmware. Issue arises when I watch on my iPhone and iPad

Any suggestions? Apart from returning the unit if that can be avoided

Does it also happen on a PC (my.arlo.com)?
