Cannot verify account to log in app

I am having trouble accessing my app. 

I try to log in. Password it correct. But goes to verify with push notifications. 

Does not work. So I try a different way to authenticate . Choose my email and get a code. 

But every time the  code is invalid.

Surely there's is a way to rectify this?
