Cannot sync essential spotlight camera with app

Hi,  I am so frustrated trying to sync my 3 pack cameras with the app.  I’m following all the instructions but it keeps telling me it can’t find my camera.  I urgently need your help

You can try the reset procedure:

Make sure your router is using WPA2 (AES) encryption so thew cameras can connect. Also check your router's 2.4GHz settings to make sure there's no special characters in the SSID or password.

@Chrid were you able to get the cameras to sync?
