I ordered some essential spotlight wire free cameras and my router only has a 5g channel band and I’ve contacted my wifi provider and said that my router cannot be slit however they said it automatically switches from 2g to 5g depending how close and how far you are, now I can’t do nothing but to ask if I can connect my cameras I bought 4 outdoor spotlight cameras and a ring bell camera, as I was saying am I able to connect them to a wifi extender with a 2g channel??

So the router actually has both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz bands.
My own setup does as well, and like you I cannot disable 5 ghz. However, I am able to onboard Arlo cameras - I just ignore the prompt to disable 5 ghz. FWIW, it is the cameras (client devices) that choose the band - not the router.
So likely you will be able to onboard the cameras. But there can be friction, so post back if you have issues.
