Can't live stream or see library, or see Devices from my.arlo.com on Android

On my.arlo.com via Firefox Android:

1. Can't find Devices to live stream or look at library.  This works fine on Firefox on laptop.

2. On Android, Manage Cameras shows one camera on Secure Trial, but 7 others on Secure Subscription.  Dragging cameras doesn't work to move trial camera to subscription.

Possible causes:  two Essential cameras are connected via Arlo router, rest are direct connected via WiFi.  Two of the eight are Pro 3.  Rest are Essential Spotlight.

No need to do this.  The camera in the trial subscription will automatically move to the paid subscription when the trial ends.

Correct.  I find it annoying, but it is "as designed" as far as Arlo is concerned.

Is there a reason you don't want to use the app?
