I can’t seem to simply download a video recording to my iPad, but can to my iPhone, they both are running latest software version 3.2.2 2422, downloaded June 23, 2021. iPad asks for me to allow access to storage, and seems to want me to have a storage device?
any ideas?
Barry

There is no option to accept the prompt. It is not a link to any action, and there is no direction of how to proceed. Very strange.
FWIW, it is working on my iPad (running iPadOS 14.6).
I suggest first going into the iPad settings - scroll down to the Arlo app, and make sure that "Photos" is set to "All Photos".
If it is already set that way, then you might try removing the app and reinstalling it (giving it all the permissions it asks for).

HI @Byedvob
Have you tried allowing the requested access and try downloading? Do you have a screenshot of the message?

It says “you need to allow access to Storage to download media” with no other instructions given. It is written across top of page when I attempt to download.
thanks,
Barry

Did you accept the prompt? The App is requesting to write data to your device.

There is no option to accept the prompt. It is not a link to any action, and there is no direction of how to proceed. Very strange.
Since I can download video with my iPhone this is not a serious issue, but it is one I thought Arlo should be aware of.
thanks,
Barry

Thanks, I had to change the Arlo app iPad settings to accept all photos. Now it works.
