Camera won’t record movement

I have 3 cameras, 2 are working fine, but 1 detects movement but won’t record anything! I’ve reset base station, reloaded all cameras, and still 2 work great and 1 won’t record anything. What can I do to get it working?

With the Essential you need a Subscription for cloud recordings after the 3 month trial to smart runs out. Your other cams must be an Pro2 or older that still have the free 7 day cloud storage.

What camera model?

 

Have you tried making a manual recording?

 

Have you checked the subscription status for the camera?

Its the arlo essential camera with spotlight, I don't have a subscription, the other 2 cameras record and keep the recordings for 7 days.
