Camera videos not loading into library

I have no subscription but have four Arlo pro cameras and the essential spotlight VMC2030 camera.Since last week I no longer get the videos in my app for the essential camera. I get notifications but no videos. I still receive videos for all the other cameras. I have read and followed some of the similar questions and their responses on the community board but no luck.

The Essential requires a subscription. You got a free 3 month trial when first installing it but once that runs out you'll need a sub. An alternative is to set up local recording but any base lower than the VMB4540 will require that you safely eject the drive for viewing on a computer while the 4540 and 5000 hubs allow the use of the app to see the videos.
